Healing out Loud is a learning-based healing community. No physical products are sent so there is no return or physical fullment policy.

Electronic Fulfillment Policy

Healing Out Loud sells electronic access to:

• Monthly healing out-loud gatherings

• Personal essays

• Podcast episodes

These are disseminated via your email on record that you used to subscribe and pay for your membership and the substack app.

You may cancel your subscription at any time on the Substack app.

If at any time you need to change your email on record, email hi@katespeer.com.

Payment

If you meant to cancel your subscription and missed the deadline, you can receive a refund for 7 days from the payment as long as you email hi@katespeer.com within that time window declaring the mistake and your desire to cancel your subscriiption.

Substack uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe accepts 135 currencies including: US Dollar, Australian Dollar (AUD), British Pound Sterling (GBP), Bulgarian Lev (BGN), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Czech Republic Koruna (CZK), Danish Krone (DKK), Euros (EUR), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Japanese Yen (JPY), Mexican Peso (MXN).
